Plain rules
- What counts as an active employee?
- A person with an active employment record in any organisation of your workspace. Administrator-only accounts, people you have invited but who have not joined, and archived former employees do not count.
- What happens at the limit?
- Existing people keep working; new activations wait until you upgrade or archive someone who has left. Attendance and history are never blocked by a limit.
- What happens when the trial ends, or a payment fails?
- A payment failure gets notices and a 14-day grace period. After that, or after the trial, the workspace enters restricted mode: exports, billing and your account stay open; nothing is deleted. Choosing a plan reopens everything as it was.
- How is it billed?
- Plans are priced per month and paid yearly, in advance: Team is $120 a year, Business $600 a year.
- How do I pay?
- At launch, by invoice — we activate the plan and you pay by transfer. Card billing on a hosted page is coming; we will never store card details ourselves.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, at any time; the plan runs to the end of its period. You can export everything before, during and after, and ask for deletion — which happens after a 30-day grace period you can cancel.
