We reply within two working days. Start the subject with one of the words below and it reaches the right person sooner.
- Sales and general questions
- Subject: Sales. Plans, a demo, whether InOrOff fits the way your company works.
- Help with your workspace
- Subject: Support. Say which company you are writing about and what you were trying to do. If we need to look at your records, your administrator grants us time-limited access from Settings → Support access — we never ask for a password.
- Security reports
- Subject: Security. We acknowledge within two working days and keep you informed. Please do not test against other customers’ workspaces.
- Privacy requests
- Subject: Privacy. If your employer uses InOrOff, write to them first — they decide what is kept about you. We will help them answer.
